ELK Consulting Malaysia operates through a virtual office in Malaysia. Office is located at Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. Company is led by academicians and have contracted with 400+ PhD consultants who are hired as per need. Services for research assistance are being offered to Malaysian clients since 2009.
Team
Company is led by Mr. Shailendra Vikram who can be contacted directly at admin[at]elkconsulting[dot]com[dot]my. He has personally assisted many PhD and Master’s candidates since 2009 and his role these days is in making policies, processes and training staff for enhancing service delivery and relevant consulting.
Grievance Redressal
Should you have any grievance related to the services we offer or the response you have received on email, please write in directly to gdr[at]elkconsulting[dot]com[my]. We usually revert back to all emails within one business day, however, in some rare cases, this might be delayed.
What we do not offer
We do not offer ready to use or submit thesis or any such academic documents. We are not a thesis outsourcing agency, rather we are a consulting firm which assists research scholars in providing direction, clear their doubts, editing and proofreading what has been written.

Payments Security
We only accept online payments and no other means of payment is accepted. We do not accept cash or bank deposits for ease of accounting. All payments are processed through PayPal or 2Checkout and both are safe and secure as per international standards.
